What We Are Looking For:

We are seeking experienced educators to join our Training team as Program Trainer contractors. These contract roles support schools and districts in implementing and using the Progress Learning and Liftoff Adaptive Intervention platforms effectively. Program Trainers deliver high-quality, engaging training experiences both virtually and on-site, helping educators build confidence and achieve success with our products.

Duties Include:

  • Maintain standard availability Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with flexibility to with the flexibility to book outside of standard business hours based on customer needs
  • Stable and solid internet connection and professional appearance on Zoom
  • Become a platform expert to provide the best implementation support
  • Conduct training consultation calls with customers to discuss their training needs
  • Maintain a shared Google calendar with Training Manager to coordinate training sessions
  • Create and maintain training resources such as how-to guides, instructional videos, and Helpdoc articles
  • Attend weekly platform updates and internal team meetings

Required Skills, Behavior, or Knowledge

  • Strong follow-up skills
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Experience as a classroom teacher
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented culture
  • Comfortable training/presenting in-person to a large audience
  • Willingness to learn new software such as Google Suite, Canvas, Helpdocs, Monday.com, and more
  • Reliable internet connection and professional virtual setup
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 75% for on-site trainings
  • Organized and self-directed with strong attention to detail

Compensation

  • $30 per hour for internal trainings and meetings
  • $70 per one-hour customer training session (includes preparation and follow-up)
  • $400 per day for on-site training sessions
  • $150 per travel day, plus reimbursed travel expenses
