What We Are Looking For:<\/b><\/h2>\n

We are seeking a candidate who is excited about helping educators succeed through high-quality training and support. This full-time role ensures that customers are fully prepared to implement and utilize the Progress Learning and Liftoff Adaptive Intervention platforms. The Program Trainer plays a key role in customer success by delivering impactful training experiences both virtually and on-site.<\/span>

\n<\/span>This position is ideal for current or former teachers who are passionate about professional development and ready to make a broader impact in education.<\/span><\/p>\n

Duties Include:\u00a0<\/b><\/h2>\n
    \n
  • Maintain standard availability Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with flexibility based on customer needs<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Conduct engaging virtual and in-person training sessions for educators and administrators<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Partner with schools to identify training needs and tailor sessions accordingly<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Prepare and lead training sessions that demonstrate effective instructional practices and technology integration<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Conduct consultation calls and follow-up meetings with customers<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Maintain shared calendars and coordinate sessions with internal teams<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Create and update self-service resources such as how-to guides, recorded webinars, and training videos<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Support training-related communications such as newsletters, webinars, and blog articles<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Participate in planning and conducting virtual conferences and workshops<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Required Skills, Behavior, or Knowledge<\/b><\/h2>\n
      \n
    • Background in education with classroom teaching experience preferred<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Ability to travel up to 45% for on-site trainings<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Strong presentation and facilitation skills<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Education or related field preferred<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Comfort presenting virtually and in person<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Working knowledge of Zoom, Google Workspace, and Excel<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Reliable internet connection and professional virtual setup<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
